Direct Billing for Physiotherapy

Direct billing for your physiotherapy can make it easier to start treatment without handling every insurance claim yourself. At ALTUS, eligible patients can have physiotherapy billed directly to their insurance provider, helping reduce payment friction and making it easier to focus on recovery.

Direct Billing Makes Physiotherapy Easier to Access

Direct billing helps reduce the back-and-forth of paying upfront, submitting receipts, and waiting for reimbursement. When your plan is eligible, we can submit the claim directly to your insurance provider so the process feels simpler from the start.

You may still have a balance if your plan only covers part of the appointment, but our team can help confirm what can be billed directly and explain the next step before treatment begins.

How Direct Billing Helps

  • Reduces the hassle of submitting claims yourself
  • Helps lower upfront payment when coverage applies
  • Makes it easier to use your extended health benefits
  • Gives you a clearer payment process before your visit

What to Bring

  • Your insurance information or benefits card
  • A valid piece of ID
  • Any claim, policy, or member details your provider requires
  • Comfortable clothing for your physiotherapy assessment
