Calvin Lim, Registered Kinesiologist 

Calvin holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of the Fraser Valley and is a registered member of the BC Association of Kinesiologists. With 24 years in the fitness industry, he specializes in active rehabilitation, functional assessment, and fascial stretch therapy, helping clients reduce pain and improve quality of life.

Calvin graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology degree from the University of The Fraser Valley, specializing in Exercise Science in 2020. He is a registered member with the BC Association of Kinesiologists (BCAK) and a certified Fascial Stretch Therapist (FST). He is also an American Council on Exercise (ACE) certified Personal Trainer and has been in the fitness industry for 24 years. Calvin has extensive training in active rehabilitation and functional assessment which includes Functional Movement Screening (FMS), NeuroKinetic Therapy (NKT), Anatomy in Motion (AiM), Active Isolated Stretch (AIS), and Anatomy Trains.

He is passionate about helping clients to improve their quality of life by getting rid of pain and becoming active in life. During his free time, he enjoys running and has run a number of full and half marathons. In addition, he enjoys spending time with family, reading, travelling and working out in the gym.
