ICBC Physiotherapy

After a car accident, getting physiotherapy through ICBC can help you start recovering without adding more stress to an already difficult situation. At ALTUS, our team can assess your injuries, support your recovery, and help with direct billing for eligible ICBC claims.

Our approach to ICBC physio care

After an accident, it’s common to feel sore, stiff, overwhelmed, or unsure whether your symptoms will settle on their own. Our physiotherapy team helps you understand what is going on, what your body needs, and what steps can support your recovery.

At ALTUS, treatment may include hands-on therapy, movement-based rehab, mobility work, strengthening exercises, and practical guidance for returning to work, driving, daily tasks, and regular activity. The goal is to help you recover with a plan that feels clear, manageable, and built around your specific injuries.

How physiotherapy can help

  • Assess pain, stiffness, and movement limitations after an accident
  • Support recovery from whiplash, back pain, shoulder pain, and soft tissue injuries
  • Building a clear rehab plan based on your symptoms and daily needs
  • Helping you regain strength, mobility, and confidence with movement

What to expect

  • An initial assessment to understand your injuries and recovery goals
  • Hands-on treatment and guided exercises when appropriate
  • Support with eligible ICBC direct billing
  • A practical recovery plan for work, driving, daily tasks, and regular activity
