Direct Billing for Chiropractic Care

Chiropractic care billed directly to your insurance provider can make it easier to get treatment without handling every claim yourself. At ALTUS, eligible patients can use direct billing for chiropractic appointments, helping reduce payment friction and making it easier to focus on feeling better.

A Simpler Way to Use Your Chiropractic Benefits

Direct billing helps make chiropractic care easier to access by reducing the need to pay the full appointment cost upfront and submit claims manually. When your plan is eligible, we can send the claim directly to your insurance provider so the billing process feels more straightforward.

Depending on your coverage, you may still have a remaining balance after your benefits are applied. Our team can help confirm what can be billed directly and explain the next step before your appointment begins.

How Direct Billing Helps

  • Reduces the need to submit eligible claims yourself
  • Helps lower upfront payment when coverage applies
  • Makes it easier to use your chiropractic benefits
  • Gives you a clearer payment process before treatment

What to Bring

  • Your insurance information or benefits card
  • A valid piece of ID
  • Any policy, member, or claim details your provider requires
  • Any questions or concerns about your pain, stiffness, symptoms, or mobility
